{Baking Tip 7}

Always utilize light and shiny cookie sheets. Your cookies will not get overly brown at the bottom because these sheets reflect light. If you have dark cookie sheets, try to put aluminum foil on top of them.

I am a 14 year old who is fond of baking, photography, and writing. This blog is titled Sticky Sweet Messy Treats because my posts will be an account of all the delectable desserts that I plan on making this summer. In fact, the first treat that I made many years ago included plenty of sugar and a very tremendous, very sticky mess! Two years ago, I decided to try baking and cooking.
